The Fiscal Management Bureau is responsible for the preparation and presentation of departmental budgets, is the Sheriff’s liaison with the County Commission and other related departments on budget related matters, payroll for all enforcement personnel in the Birmingham District, property and evidence custody and coordination of maintenance for the Sheriff’s Office buildings.
