RE-ENACTMENT OF THE CRIME OF THE WEEK
Service Provided: The Crimestoppers staff arranges actors and props and ABC 33/40 produces the video taped re-enactment to highlight a crime that police need help from the public in solving. ABC 33/40 airs the re-enactment at the listed times. ABC 33/40 writes the Crimestoppers story and reports the crime to the public.

CRIMESTOPPERS MOST WANTED (Fugitives)
Service Provided:Mug shots are shown of fugitives that have not been captured through regular means. We can also show security stills and video tape in an effort to identify suspects.
Days and Times: Sundays at 5pm and 10pm and Mondays at 7am .

Thirty-second Public Service Announcements are produced at Boutwell studios on Thursdays and distributed to the stations the same day. All types of crimes can be highlighted.

The Crimestoppers weekly update can be heard Sundays on WYDE.

All of the above services are available with just a call to Crimestoppers at 254-7777. We do ask that detectives clear running stories with the victim or victim's family. This is to make sure the victim or family knows about the publicity of the crime and will be prepared for it when it is seen on TV or in print, or heard on the radio.
